Anda Paratha” Loaded: Open layered flatbread paratha, indian “bhujiya” scrambled eggs, pico de gallo, topped with choice of chorizo/paneer/portabella

- Decadent desserts: Vermilion Hedonism, Spiced Churros with caramel coconut dip
