Now Open Pop Up Seafood

High Tide Poké has the simple solution for Chicagoans looking to jumpstart healthier eating in the New Year with the introduction of its Salad Daze menu.  As a compliment to the restaurant’s chef crafted, Hawaiian-inspired poke, homemade smoothies and fresh squeezed juices, Salad Daze offers a full array of salad offerings that leave out the artificial ingredients but include fresh veggies, house made dressings, and almost a dozen protein options.

Located in Chicago’s North Loop in the newly remodeled retail concourse at 203 N. LaSalle Street opposite the Clark & Lake CTA hub and adjacent to the Chicago Pedway, Salad Daze at High Tide Poké offers 12 popular salads including a Classic Cobb, Asian Chicken, Kale Caesar, and Buffalo Blue Chicken. In addition to its signature salads, Salad Daze at High Tide Poké offers a customizable “interactive” option where diners build-your-own salad creation by selecting their preference of greens, protein, veggies, and a variety of popular toppings to finish and garnish.  All salad and poké menu items are free of preservatives, artificial sweeteners or flavors, gluten, peanuts and tree nuts.  The complete Salad Daze menu is available at www.eatsaladdaze.com.

“As a response to our customers’ demand for more exciting, clean foods, we have launched Salad Daze,” said Owner Kenny Munic.  “This is not a sign of the ‘poké train’ slowing down, but rather a way to have our guests visit more often to get another fresh and flavorful meal from the High Tide crew.  Now you can have a healthy custom salad for lunch and poké bowl for dinner and be set for the day.”

High Tide Poké is open from Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and closed Saturday and Sunday.  Both poké and salad offerings can be ordered online for pickup or delivery.  The restaurant has seating for approximately 80 people and offers office catering for nearby businesses.
