The 14th Annual Good Food EXPO coming up Friday, March 22nd and Saturday, March 23rd.
The panels which are themed around "Good Food Is Good Medicine" have been announced for Saturday's line-up at this year's Good Food EXPO.

The EXPO, an annual event focused on locally and sustainably produced food will take place at the Isadore and Sadie Dorin Forum on the campus of University of Illinois at Chicago.

Tickets for the Good Food Trade Show on Friday are $55 in advance or $65 at the door and $10 for students. Purchase here. Saturday's Line-up:

Food and Mood (10:30am - 11:45am): Diet has been linked with mood and wellness. Hear from panelists on how to use food to improve your mental health.

The Road to Wellness is Paved with Good Food (10:30am - 11:45am): Carbs, fats, protein. One day they're in, the next day they are out. Dr. Melinda Ring breaks down the latest science so you can make the right choices for long-term health and wellbeing — and avoid being tricked by the latest fad diet or superfood claim.

Healthy Foods, Healthy Families (12pm - 1:15pm): It isn’t always easy to find meals that are both healthy and appealing to everyone in the family. Join us for accessible and family-friendly foods in our diverse city plus an after-school snack demonstration.

The ABC's of CBD (1:30pm - 2:45pm): CBD, aka cannabidiol, is a hemp extract described as having therapeutic qualities similar to marijuana, without getting you high. Barely registering as a category just three years ago, CBD is now one of the Natural Products industry's hottest product sectors.
