The recently opened fourteensixteen, in downtown La Grange, will open its doors on Saturdays and Sundays for brunch beginning October 8. Chef Bret Bohning has crafted a new American craft menu fit for brunch lovers of all ages and taste buds.

The brunch menu includes items such as:

Lobster Deviled Eggs with black truffle caviar and lemon essence

Carrot Cake Pancake with orange cream cheese icing, walnuts and micro shiso

Millers Chicken Sandwich with hazelnut pesto and fresh mozzarella on a multigrain bun

Pork Shoulder Hash with 8-hour braised pork served with two eggs any style

The menu will also feature homemade donuts and a number of omelets and benedicts as well as a handful of brunch cocktails created by Beverage Director Adrian Marquis. Guests are invited to dine on the rooftop terrace that will be open through the fall season. The brunch items range from $8-15.

Brunch will begin Saturday, October 8. Hours include Saturday from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. (dinner 4-11 p.m.) and Sunday from 10 a.m.-3 p.m.
