Formento's Guest Somm Friday

Formento's will have a Guest Somm on the floor this Friday, December 15. Steve Morgan, Midwest Regional Manager at The Sorting Table, will be joining Formento's Alex Augustine for some fun pours for dinner service, starting at 4:30pm.

Morgan has planned for The Sorting Table and Squire Wine Co. will take over Formento's by the glass pours, featuring Vigneti Le Monde, Massican, Castello di Ama, Snowden Vineyards, Cruse Wine Co., Domaine De Triennes, and Domaine Dujac.

Morgan started his career in New York City in the up and coming sommelier scene, and has now settled down closer to home in Chicago. He has worked at Del Posto, Dressler, Tribeca Grill, Alinea, Formento's and others over the years. He is now the Midwest Regional Manager at The Sorting Table.
