The Grand Chefs Experience presented by Greater Illinois Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation will take place February 1st at the Field Museum and will feature Chicago's most sought-after chefs, mixologists, and pastry chefs for an exclusive evening of culinary delights, philanthropy and networking with more than 600 expected guests.

The fundraiser helps further the mission to cure cystic fibrosis and to provide all people with the disease the opportunity to live full, productive lives by funding research and development, promoting individualized treatment and ensuring access to high-quality, specialized care.

The evening includes interactive dining; hors d’oeuvres, exclusive cocktails and desserts all for an incredible cause. The Chicagoland area’s finest chefs will showcase their culinary creativity and talent in a unique setting. All guests will enjoy a Chefs Tasting that will feature tasting stations with signature hors d’oeuvres, an open bar and a culinary inspired silent auction. Reserved sponsor tables will feature Chef Tableside Service, where a chef will personally prepare and present a tasting menu of signature bites. Following the live program, guests will enjoy custom cocktails and pastries during the Nightcap.

Also, on-site this year with be Colton Underwood who is currently starring in ABC's The Bachelor. Colton has a niece who has cystic fibrosis and it is a cause that is very special to him.
