Magnificient Mile

Josh Zadikoff, President of Cornerstone Restaurant Group which owns concepts Michael Jordan’s Steakhouse and ENO Wine Room, 505 N. Michigan Ave., announced today the appointment of Rebecca Muraski as General Manager. With a background in restaurant management, Muraski will be tasked with handling all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, hiring and training staff, strategizing and implementing in-house promotions and events and collaborating on menu development for both restaurants.

“Muraski is sure to bring her passion to life by providing guests with memorable and high-quality experiences at both Michael Jordan’s Steakhouse and Eno Wine Room,” said Pete Demay, General Manager of InterContinental Chicago Hotel. “We are thrilled to have a seasoned professional that can bring a new outlook to the table and aid in the continued success of both restaurants.”

With more than a decade of experience, Muraski’s most recent appointment was in Connecticut, where she worked as General Manager of Sol Toro Restaurant, also a part of Cornerstone Restaurant Group. Prior to her position at Sol Toro, she served as General Manager of the steak house Chicago Firehouse Restaurant, and before that held a leading role at Chicago Cut Steakhouse as Dining Room Manager. In her current position, she serves as head of both the front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

“I’m excited to combine all of my learning opportunities and experiences to provide guests with a remarkable dining and beverage experience from the moment they enter the door at either Michael Jordan’s Steakhouse or Eno Wine Room,” said Muraski. “My degree in the Culinary Arts provides me with a comprehensive knowledge of both sides of restaurant operations, a necessary skillset for this position. I can’t wait to be back in the Midwest and work with the Cornerstone team on these wonderful venues.”
