Easter The Loop

The Florentine is hosting a Brunch Buffet this Easter. On Sunday April 1st, brunch is served from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m., with family-friendly offerings crafted by Chef Zachary Walrath. Easter Brunch features a menu of dishes inspired by traditional Italian fare.

With a Raw Bar featuring jumbo shrimp and crab claws and a Carving Station with ham and prime rib, plus unlimited Mimosas or Bloody Marys for an additional $15, guests can dine and imbibe this Easter Sunday.

The Easter menu features:

 
ANTIPASTI

Raw Bar jumbo shrimp, crab claws

Meat & Cheese chef selection of Italian meats and cheeses

 

BREAKFAST

Omelet or Eggs made to order with choice of fresh ingredients

Almond Brioche French Toast seasonal preparation

Buttermilk Pancakes seasonal preparation

Belgian Waffle seasonal preparation

Bagel and Lox smoked salmon, bagel, cream cheese, tomato, onion

Yogurt Parfait granola, seasonal jam

 

LUNCH

Baby Spinach endive, roasted squash, red grapes,
pecans, goat cheese Caesar green romaine hearts, parmigiano, white
anchovy, croutons, parmesan

Italian Cobb greens, avocado, egg, tomatoes, chicken, crispy bacon, gorgonzola dressing

The Florentine also serves a la carte breakfast service from 6:30 a.m. until 10 a.m. and regular dinner service from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. on Easter Day.


The Florentine’s Easter Brunch is available for $75 per person and $25 per child age 12 and younger.
