Celebrate Easter Sunday with family and friends at Prairie Grass Cafe (601 Skokie Blvd, Northbrook, IL). Easter Brunch, April 21, will be served buffet style from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The price is $53 for adults and $18 for children 10 and under. View the full Easter Brunch menu here

Dinner will be served from 5pm to 8pm featuring Prairie Grass Cafe's regular menu and some Spring-time specials.  

 At brunch, each guest starts with the restaurant’s signature “PGC Benedict” featuring a poached egg with spinach and roasted tomato hollandaise sauce.

·         Mighty Vine Cherry Tomato Salad with Fresh Mozzarella, Croutons, Sweet Peppers, Basil, Cider Vinaigrette

·         Roasted Vegetable, Pistachio Puree, Honey-Thyme-Yogurt Sauce

·         Mixed Green Salad (Pea Shoots, Arugula, Radicchio, Endive, Watercress) with Baby Peas & Turnips Deviled Farm Eggs

·         Brussel Sprouts, Remoulade Sauce, Parmesan cheese


·         Signature Moussaka – Layers of Eggplant, Potato and Braised Lamb topped with Béchamel Sauce

·         Roasted Chicken Breast On the Bone & BBQ Braised Chicken Legs and Thighs

·         Sliced Seared Golden Brown Tilapia Over Caramelized Orange Slice

·         Salmon Cakes with Homemade Tartar Sauce

·         Mini Cheddar-Scallion Twice Baked Potatoes, Crumbled Bacon & Sour Cream
