In honor of spring and the anticipation of warmer weather, the Gold Coast's Drumbar is launching a new spring cocktail menu on April 14th.
Drumbar’s new menu highlights some spring favorite ingredients including salted cucumber, strawberries and apricots. The new menu will feature:

Former chef turned mixologist, Gary Matthews, takes flavors he experienced as a chef and uses them to create his seasonal cocktails. Using freeze-dried produce, Matthews incorporates his love for food into his boozy concoctions. What results is a perfect balance of ingredients with every sip bringing out a new flavor.
Drumbar hosts happy hour from 5-7pm Monday through Friday featuring $5 select beers, $8 select glasses of wine and $8 signature cocktail of the day! As the weather warms up, take your cocktail out to the beautiful patio to take in the views of Lake Michigan. Drumbar is open six days a week, check out their website for daily hours.
