Holiday Peruvian River North

This year for Cinco de Mayo, Tanta, the Peruvian restaurant from  Chef Gaston Acurio and its sister concept Arbella, the g cocktail lounge a few doors down are partnering for a cause with proceeds from their special cocktails going to the Farmer and Landscaper Advocacy Project (FLAP) whose mission is to improve the working conditions for migrant and seasonal workers in the agricultural and landscaping industries in Illinois.

Tanta

·         All day long on May 5th, Tanta will be offering guests the Corazón Valiente ($13) made with Tanta’s Special Barrel Patrón Reposado, Zucca, Lime and Blood Orange Syrup

·         50% of all proceeds from the Corazón Valiente will go to FLAP

Arbella

·         Arbella will be opening its doors a little earlier to get started on the Cinco de Mayo fun this year. Starting at 3pm, they’ll be offering $12 Watermelon Margaritas made with Avión tequila on draft along with $5 Modelos with ALL proceeds going to FLAP

·         Snack on Mexican food specials and jam out with the socially conscious and charitable DJ collective Manifest who’ll be in the building as well
