Chicago Craft Beer Week at Troquet River North

Troquet River North and Two Brothers Brewing Company are excited to announce a special Beer Dinner for Chicago Craft Beer Week on Monday, May 18. The neighborhood French Bar will offer diners four sliders that perfectly pair with a flight of four Two Brothers beers. The slider and beer flight special will be available all day for $20, not inclusive of tax or gratuity.

The menu features three staples from Two Brothers selection of year-round beer offerings including the Cane and Ebel, Ebel’s Weiss and Sidekick brews. Additionally, Two Brothers will be serving up their Red Eye, Coffee Porter, brewed especially for Chicago Craft Beer Week.

Cane and Ebel, Red Rye Ale-7% ABV paired with
Deviled Crab Cake rhubarb chutney, curry remoulade

Sidekick, Extra Pale Ale-5.1% ABV paired with
Vietnamese Pork Sausage lemongrass aioli, cucumber slaw

Red Eye, Coffee Porter *Craft Beer Week Special paired with
Texas BBQ Brisket crispy shallot

Ebel's Weiss, Weiss Beer-4.9% ABV paired with
Angus Beef cheddar, bacon, peanut butter aioli, fried plantain

In addition, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. representatives from Two Brothers will be available at Troquet River North to answer questions and engage with patrons.
