The second annual Chicago Cocktail Summit is upon us! Taking place in April 2-3 at the Logan Theatre, this event brings together bar and restaurant professionals as well as consumer and home cocktail enthusiasts for two days packed with seminars, demos, tastings, panel discussions and networking events hosted by a wide array of Chicago’s most noted industry professionals.
The bar was set high at last year's inaugural Cocktail Summit. In addition to some returning presenters, there are new additions to the lineup. Folks like David Wondrich, Dan Pashman, Julia Momose, Erick Castro, Ed Hamilton, Caitlin Laman, Julieta Campos, and others.
