Carnivale, the global Latin-fusion restaurant located in Chicago’s West Loop, has a lineup of events for January.

Carnivale University kicks off its monthly cocktail classes on Thursday, January 24 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. with a Boozy Hot Coffee & Cocktail Class.  Carnivale’s in-house mixologist will teach guests how to craft three unique cocktails to take away the winter blues. Beginning on Wednesday, January 16 from 8-10 p.m., Carnivale clears the main dining room and turns up the music as the night comes alive for its Samba Dance Party. Guests are invited to dance the night away while getting tips from Samba1 Brazilian Dance Group. $5 drink specials will
also be available including Carnivale’s signature mojitos, margaritas and sangrias. Samba night will take place every third Wednesday of the month in 2019. Future Latin Dance Party dates include: Tango on Wednesday, February 20 and  Salsa on Wednesday, March 20.

Experience Vivir at Carnivale every Friday in January from 8:30-11:30p.m. Starting Friday, January 11, Carnivale will add to the visual stimulation of its whimsical decor with various late-night arts performances.  “Vivir” will feature episodic live entertainment such as aerialists, balancing acts, musicians, as well as curated live music from guest DJs.
