Craft Beer American La Grange

Wild Monk, located in downtown La Grange, will welcome craft beer enthusiasts for a dinner featuring Boulevard Brewing Company on Tuesday, June 28. The evening will begin with a reception at 6 p.m., followed by a seated, multi-course meal at 6:30 p.m. Chef Mario Arroyo's menu includes beer-battered buffalo shrimp, barbecue pulled pork summer salad, smoked salmon bruschetta, glazed rosemary and garlic barbecue ribs and chocolate mint cake. Each course will be paired with a beer from Kansas City's Boulevard Brewing Company (Ginger Lemon Radler, The Calling IPA, KC Pils, Tank 7 Farmhouse Ale, Triple Julep, Chocolate Ale with Raspberry).
