Bacon Month in Chicago Kicks-Off with Bocce Ball Cocktail Party

Baconfest Chicago's Annual Kick-off Party to a month of bacon-themed celebrations and events is expected to sell-out for the 3rd year in a row. This year's event features bacon, bocce, beats, and booze at The Chop Shop,in Wicker Park. The event will be held on Tuesday, April 5 from 7 to 10 PM. Event tickets are $30 (plus fees) and include:

• 2 Goose Island beers
• 2 Chop Shop and Knife & Tine cocktails (featuring Templeton Rye)
• Passed bacon appetizers from The Chop Shop
• Knife & Tine will preview their Baconfest dish
• Whisk will preview their Baconfest dish
• Two indoor bocce courts, with pros to help guests with the finer points of the game
• Music from DJRC

Baconfest Chicago Ticket Information

VIP Tickets ($200) offer access to the Cooking Channel VIP Hour and general admission period for the session selected. General admission tickets are ($100). All ticket-holders receive unlimited dishes from the chefs, seven drink tickets (redeemable for beer, wine and cocktails from Baconfest's beverage partners), a Baconfest tote bag and a souvenir program guide.
