Artango Bar & Steakhouse, located in Lincoln Square, will offer a steak and wine tasting menu on Wednesday, December 19. Chef Saul Roman's three course prix fixe, paired with Malbec, will be available for $65 per person (plus tax and gratuity).
The menu features empanadas and eggplant bruschetta to start, followed by a NY strip steak cooked on an Argentine parilla served with homemade chimichurri, malbec sauce and mashed potatoes, and house made flan to finish. Each course is paired with an Argentine Malbec selection, a full-bodied red with smokey, spicy notes and unmistakable tannic structure.
