Arami will hold its next "noodle night" on Monday, March 30. The monthly dinner will feature a collaborative menu by Arami's Executive Chef Fred Despres and Executive Chef Shin Matsuda of "brother" restaurant, Ani. From 5-9:15 p.m., the West Town restaurant will feature three special ramen and noodle dishes (menu outlined below) in addition to Arami's regular menu.

Guests are invited to pair their dinner with Asahi Japanese beer ($5) and Arami/Ani's custom-brewed sake, Ichi No Tori ($7 a glass/$15 carafe). Complimentary table side sake tastings will also be offered.

Wasabi Chicken Ramen roulade of chicken, chikuwa, lemongrass oil, scallion, shio base $15

Seafood Ramen clam, mussel, shrimp, squid, bok choy, fish dumpling, harusame noodle $16

Chef Fred Despres:

Nagasaki Champon shrimp, scallop, clam, carrot, onion, celery, pepper, shio base, crispy fried ramen noodle $16
